| How to activate my account after registration? |
ANSWER: First of all, check your email to see if you have received confirmation email from our server. Second, click the activation link in the confirmation email. Third, input the password you set during registration. Then, you may login our website using your email and password!

| Why still can't l receive your confirmation link after registration? |
ANSWER: First of all, you should check your JUNK MAIL"
folder. Some email server may filter all emails from our mail server as
SPAM. If you find the confirmation email in your "JUNK MAIL" folder, you
should include our email address in your SAFE LIST to guarantee that emails
from us will not be filtered in the future. Second, you may click EDIT
button on the confirmation page during your registration and add an alternative
email. Third, if the problem is still cannot be resolved, send us an email
with your registered email address and we will activate your account for
you. Please be sure that you use the same email address you have used
for registration.

ANSWER: All pricing information are integrated in our website. You should register through our website if you want to see product details and pricing information!

ANSWER: Yes. We have free samples available for major distributors in your area.
You should provide evidence for your current business and volume before you make the request for free samples.
In addition, you should have a DHL account to pay shipping cost upon receiving samples.

| Do you provide images for online resell? |
ANSWER: Yes. We would like to provide images for all products you purchased.
Only the first image of each product will be provided for our wholesale customers.
Normally, we have 3-5 images for each product. For our distributors, all images will be provided.
After we confirm your order, you should be able to download images without watermark at MY ACCOUNT section.

ANSWER: Our minimum order is $200 for United States and $500 for all other countries.

ANSWER: For any order less than $500, we accept credit cart payment through PAYPAL ( www.paypal.com - an eBay company ),
a popular and safe credit card payment method without disclose your card number.
We only accept paypal for customers from USA with confirmed shipping address! For all order more than $500, we only accept T/T (Telegraph Transfer,
the most popular payment method for international business!). After you check out an order,
our payment information will be displayed.

ANSWER: We have three kinds of discount available!
<1> On Sale / Promotion / Clearance Discount: For all on sale items, you will get 10% off discount! For all promotion items, you will get 30% off discount! For all clearance items, you will get 50% off instantly!
<2> Back Order Discount: For order more than our minimum back order quantity, which
is 120 pieces per style, 30% off discount will be applied

| How much does it cost for shipping? |
ANSWER: For different countries and different shipping methods, we have different shipping rates:
1. Air Mail (5-7 business days): United States: $15/first 500g ($5 /each additional 500g) ( * 1 lb = 454 g )
Other Countries: $30/first 500g ($5 /each additional 500g) ( * 1 lb = 454 g )
2. Sea & Ground (30 days): $200/first m3 ($100 each additional m3) (1

| When will you ship my order and when I can expect to receive them? |
ANSWER: Normally, We will ship your order between 24
and 48 hours after the confirmation of your payment. You can expect to
receive them within 5-7 business days for air shipping. If you have any
sound reason to receive your order as soon as possible, we would like
to speed up processing your order with no extra charge. Just send us an
email and request a speed up service after you check out your order.

ANSWER: Please contact us after you check out your order.
We will speed up shipping your order at no additional charge.

| What is your return policy? |
ANSWER: We will exchange any defective items in 30 days after we ship out your package!
Shipping cost is non-refundable. For any claim less than 5% of your total order,
we may not ask you to mail them back immediately. You can keep them until they accumulate
enough quantity. To save your shipping cost, we may ship exchange items together with your
next order without additional charge of shipping.

| I want to order more than your in stock quantities. What I need to do? |
ANSWER: First, add the item you want into your wish list and update quantities!
Make sure the quantity is more than "Minimum Back Order" (120 pieces per style).
We will start our manufaturing once we confirm your payment! We need 20-30 days
for production! We guarantee more than 80-90% of items in your wish list will be
available within 20-30 days. Some items may not be available temporary due to
unavailable of materials. For the remaining amount you over-paid, you may choose
to keep a positive balance in your account or choose new styles in stock after
20-30 days, just before shippment. For order more than $10,000, we accept 50%
deposit before production, and 50% payment before shippment!
